Role Description

Fundfina is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the development and growth of our product suite. As a VP of Product, you will be responsible for leading the product team, creating product strategies to drive growth, and managing our product roadmap and P&L. With career projection of becoming Chief Product or Chief Customer Officer, this rile will be intrinsic part of senior leadership. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai/ Bengaluru/ NCR with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in a product management role in a technology or financial               services company
• Experience developing B2B and B2B2C products in the fintech/ eCommerce/banking              industry
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing a high-performing product team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of developing successful        product strategies, B2B sales closure and P&L ownership
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate product                   strategy and vision to cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. 
• Experience working in an agile development environment and being comfortable with           fast-paced and uncertain start-up space
• Experience working with international teams and driving growth in emerging markets is a       plus
