Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Plan and execute campaigns for brand awareness, product launches, and lead generation
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, HR, product) for integrated marketing efforts
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines
Handle day-to-day management of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, campaigns)
Plan and execute social media campaigns and employer branding activities
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages; respond professionally and promptly
Track social media metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms
Collaborate with designers and content creators for creatives and videos
Write compelling captions, marketing copies, and campaign messages
Support HR branding, hiring posts, and company culture highlights
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing and social media handling
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
Excellent communication and content-writing skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics – preferred)
Creative mindset with analytical thinking
Experience in fintech, startups, or tech-driven organizations
Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Knowledge of SEO, paid campaigns, and email marketing
